Kerry (DofE Manager) and Heather (DofE Leader) were fortunate to be invited to Buckingham Palace in recognition of the work we have been doing with the Duke of Edinburgh Award at school. We have supported a number of students in achieving their Bronze Award, with several now working on their silver. This year is our highest number yet entered onto the Bronze award.
It was a lovely day where we were able to celebrate the achievements of young people across the country and listen to a range of inspirational speakers. It was a really positive experience and reinforced the importance of continuing to offer these opportunities to our students.
