Recruitment

Working at The Redway School is a privilege as our pupils are unique, diverse and a joy to teach. The pleasure they display at being at school and in all the varied, different, and stimulating learning opportunities that are presented to them is a rewarding part of the many roles that staff have across the school.

Why Work At The Redway School?

The Redway School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. It is a requirement that all staff share and follow this commitment. An enhanced DBS check is required for all staff working at the school and any offer of a job at the school is dependent upon references.

It is a requirement that all new staff complete the online Safeguarding Training and online epilepsy training before commencing their roles at the school.
